Burn Fat, Keep Muscle with BURSTClub!

Every day had become a mode of survival for me, doing nothing but performing as a mom, wife, daughter and friend. I felt that life was passing me by. I was doing the best with what I had, yet feeling empty in all my efforts. Feelings of loneliness and inadequacy were frequent.
After having 3 kids within 3.5 years, my energy was depleted to say the least. My lack of exercise and somewhat poor eating habits did not help my energy, emotions, or confidence at all. Finally, I decided that I was going to take control of what I could. I needed something that fit my extremely busy life.
I decided to join BURSTClub™ and have currently lost 15 pounds and 6 inches! I love that these burst training programs help my body to burn fat, not the muscle I am working so hard to build.
My oldest son, who just turned 7, wanted to start training for a triathlon so I began training with him. He and I ran 2 miles together in our first training session! I could not have done this 3 months ago because I lacked the fitness endurance and the motivation. My confidence has increased tremendously, my energy level has flourished, and I no longer survive each day…I thrive.
