Peach Delight Smoothie with Wild Orange Essential Oil

If you want something refreshing and satisfying, this is your drink! I stayed with my sis for a few days and she made me this smoothie every day. It was so refreshing and the protein keeps you full for hours and is a healthy meal replacement.

Peach Delight Smoothie

Blend:

16 oz. purified water
2-4 scoops doTERRA Trim Vanilla Protein
several frozen peach slices
1 frozen banana or a handful of frozen strawberries
3 drops doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
